To set an appointment or procedure date from a Vidscrip Journey: 

Click the blue “Get Started” button

Click on the calendar icon and use the calendar drop down to select your appointment or procedure date then click next 

Enter in your mobile number or email address, check the box “Yes” and then click submit to receive notifications
